What a session involves
You don't need to know anything about the devices before you come in. Your job is to show up. Our job is to understand what's going on, pick the right session, and guide you through it.
1 - Brief consult
We start with a short conversation about what's actually going on — stress, sleep, energy, mood, work demands, anything health-related we should know about. It's not a therapy session. It's a fast, honest snapshot so we know what we're working with.
2 - Session setup
Based on what you've told us, we recommend a session — one device, two, or all three running at once. You'll know exactly which device we're using, why, and what it's going to do. No mystery, no jargon.
3 - The session itself
You go into a private room. Stay fully clothed. Get comfortable in the chair. We set up the equipment, give you a few simple cues, and start the session. From there, your job is easy — follow the cues, then sit back and let the equipment do the work. No focus required. No meditation. No trying to get it 'right.'
4 - Check-in and next steps
You come out, we check in on how you feel, and we talk through what to expect over the next 24 hours. If it makes sense to come back on a regular rhythm, we'll suggest one — clear, no pressure. If it doesn't, that's fine too. You leave knowing exactly where you stand.
