Mind Cheatcodes
Restore cognitive range, clarity, and control, and activate high-level mental performance.
How it works
Mind cheatcodes support intentional shifts in brain state — settling mental noise when overdriven, or restoring alertness and engagement when flat. They’re designed to improve access to clarity, steadiness, and cognitive control under pressure.
Mind cheatcodes are available to clients who’ve completed an Intro Session, ensuring sessions are matched to how attention and perception respond.

Mind: Downshift
Quiet cognitive noise while preserving clarity and presence.
Best for
Racing thoughts
Persistent mental noise
Anxiety before or after demanding days
Difficulty switching off mentally
-
Mind: Calm is a regulation-forward stack designed to support settling of mental overactivity without dulling awareness. Rather than suppressing thought or inducing disengagement, it creates conditions where cognitive noise reduces and attention becomes steadier and more available.
The emphasis is on calm with access. This stack is often used when the mind is busy, reactive, or unable to disengage — even when external demand is low.
-
Mental overactivation persists when the brain remains biased toward high-frequency, task-oriented processing.
This stack shifts brain activity toward slower, more coherent rhythms associated with calm attention rather than sedation. The aim is mental quiet with presence — not collapse or disengagement.
-
Reduced mental chatter
A steadier, quieter internal state
Calm without heaviness or sedation
-
Who it’s best suited for
High cognitive load professionals
Persistent overthinkers
Individuals who struggle to mentally slow down
Who it’s not suited for / cautions
Acute emotional distress
Photosensitive epilepsy
Mind: Recover
Restore baseline cognitive capacity in a brain running flat — depleted, fogged, or chronically underpowered.
Best for
Ongoing sleep debt
Persistent brain fog
Cognitive burnout
Long-term mental drag
-
Mind: Revive is a restorative stack designed to support neurological recovery when mental systems are fatigued or saturated. Rather than stimulating or sedating, it creates conditions where clarity and baseline cognitive capacity can re-emerge over time.
The emphasis is on restoration, not output. This stack is often chosen after prolonged cognitive demand, disrupted sleep, or extended periods of pressure.
This stack is not a substitute for rest, sleep, or medical care.
-
This stack prioritises neurological housekeeping, not stimulation.
Inputs reduce cognitive demand and support internal reorganisation, allowing recovery processes linked to clarity, memory consolidation, and neural efficiency to dominate.
-
Mental quiet with retained awareness
Gradual return of clarity
Reduced sense of cognitive drag
-
Best suited for
Chronically overworked professionals
Shift-disrupted schedules
Long-term cognitive maintenance
Not suited for / cautions
Those seeking motivation or stimulation
First-time clients
Photosensitive epilepsy
Mind: Upshift
Mobilise mental engagement and alertness without jitter or force.
Best for
Cognitively demanding tasks
Social or collaborative engagement
Creative work requiring responsiveness
-
Mind: Energise is a regulation-forward stack designed to support cognitive activation with control. Rather than stimulating for stimulation’s sake, it helps restore alertness, responsiveness, and engagement when the mind feels flat, foggy, or underpowered.
The emphasis is on activation within range. This stack is often used before cognitively demanding tasks, creative work, or periods requiring sustained focus.
This stack is not designed to override fatigue or compensate for burnout.
-
When activation increases within coherent brain-state patterns, mental performance improves without tipping into agitation. Supporting alertness alongside regulation allows engagement to rise while maintaining control.
-
Smooth, focused attention
Energised but composed
Motivated and engaged
-
Who it’s best suited for
Mentally flat but physically well individuals
Stable baseline clients wanting situational lift
Who it’s not suited for / cautions
Sleep-deprived
Burnt out or overstimulated
Hungover
NanoVi — role in this stack
Optional add-on
Supports physiological resilience during cognitive output
NanoVi as a cheatcode amplifier
NanoVi can be added to any cheatcode to further support recovery, resilience, or performance capacity. While Shiftwave and roXiva shape nervous system and brain state, NanoVi supports the underlying biological repair processes that help those state shifts hold more comfortably or recover more efficiently.
Remember: cheatcodes combine multiple modalities and are designed for clients who already know our technology, and how their system responds. That’s why we require an Intro Session first.
