How it works

Body cheatcodes use somatic and physiological inputs to regulate physical state — settling excess activation or mobilising capacity when needed. They’re designed for sustained stress, fatigue, or demand, and for restoring a baseline that can flex under pressure or move into higher output.

Body cheatcodes are available to clients who’ve completed an Intro Session, ensuring sessions are applied appropriately to how your system responds.

  • Body: Regulate is designed to support rebalancing of autonomic tone when the body remains biased toward vigilance or tension. Rather than pushing toward relaxation, it focuses on restoring a calmer, more flexible baseline that holds under pressure.

    The aim is stability, not sedation — a body that can settle when appropriate and mobilise when required.

    This stack reduces vigilance and effort through coordinated bottom-up and top-down inputs. Shiftwave eases physical tension and supports slower breathing. roXiva encourages brain states associated with reduced physiological arousal.

  • Body: Recover is a low-demand stack designed to support restoration when physical systems are carrying cumulative load. Rather than inducing collapse or sedation, it aims to create space for recovery processes to reassert themselves naturally.

    The emphasis is on allowing recovery, not forcing rest. This stack is often chosen between periods of high demand, heavy training, or prolonged stress exposure.

  • After sustained load, recovery is less about calming and more about allowing restorative physiology to dominate.

    This stack reduces demand across both nervous system and brain activity, biasing the system toward states associated with tissue repair, metabolic recovery, and internal reorganisation.

    Shiftwave reduces bodily effort and muscular tone. roXiva supports slow-wave dominant brain states linked to physical restoration. Together, they create recovery-favourable conditions — without attempting to replace sleep.

Most appropriate when the body feels capable but not yet fully mobilised.

  • Body: Prime is a regulation-forward stack designed to support physical activation with control. Rather than stimulating for stimulation’s sake, it creates conditions where energy, drive, and coordination can increase while remaining coherent and usable.

    The emphasis is on mobilisation without agitation. This stack is often used when the body is stable but underpowered, flat, or slow to engage — and higher output is required without tipping into stress or strain. The aim is stable energy, not overstimulation — a body that can settle when appropriate and mobilise when required.

  • High performance is not created from fatigue, nor from stress. It emerges when a regulated system is deliberately mobilised without losing control.

    This stack applies coordinated up-regulating inputs that increase arousal, oxygenation, and energetic availability while preserving coherence. The emphasis is precision: raising activation without tipping the system into sympathetic excess.
